With a bursting economy in KL, juvenile crime must not be left unchecked. The most basic thing to do is to make sure children, in this case, muslim children, have a proper religious education. This yearly report is prepared for the religious ministy , which govern religious education in federal territories, members of parliament, parent associations, NGOs, and the general public.
